Once shipped, customers receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status. Deliveries within the UAE typically take between 2 to 5 working days, while GCC and international orders may require up to 14 days, depending on the destination and customs clearance. Although most orders arrive earlier, Teel Luxury guarantees a maximum delivery timeframe of 14 days from dispatch. All items are securely packed in our premium luxury packaging to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Return & Exchange Policy
Teel Luxury offers a 14-day return and exchange window, designed to make your shopping experience easy and secure. Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. Returns must include all accessories, certification cards, pouches, and boxes. Items that have been opened, worn, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for return. Customized, engraved, or hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable. Once the product is received and inspected, approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund Process
Upon receiving your returned product, our quality control team will conduct a thorough inspection to confirm that the item meets our return standards. Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5 to 10 working days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. Exchanges can also be requested within the 14-day return window if the product is in perfect, sealed condition. If the preferred item is unavailable, we will issue store credit that can be used for future purchases.
1-Year Warranty Policy
Teel Luxury provides a 1-year warranty on all jewelry items. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or damage that occurs under normal usage conditions. If your item experiences any defect, discoloration, stone loosening, or structural damage within 12 months of purchase, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, chemical exposure, or unauthorized repairs. To make a warranty claim, simply contact our support team with photos and your order details, and we will guide you through the process.
