We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry, and your satisfaction is very important to us. Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our high standards.
As jewelry items are delicate and often made to order, we currently do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once the product has been delivered, except in the case of a defective or incorrect item received.
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery through WhatsApp or email with unboxing pictures or videos as proof. Once verified, we will be happy to replace the item or issue a store credit, depending on the situation.
Please note that items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for replacement. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
